Honest-1 Auto Care contacted our agency looking for new marketing campaign ideas. Leading the art team and working alongside our copywriters we put together 2 campaigns and a rewards program for the auto service franchise. We created a grand opening packet for any new franchise stores that would open. An ongoing brand campaign for the whole company. This campaign features a character called “The Technician”. An expert in all things automotive, he would serve as the spokesperson for Honest-1. Giving you up-front, honest information on all your vehicle needs.
The rewards program we outlined is “My Honest-1.” This rewards program would be built around a points system. Letting customers earn points towards discounts at every service. We envisioned a website hub that would have all of their vehicles information collected from every service appointment for customers to see at a glance. This site would track points and give essential information about the customer’s vehicle.
We also took this rewards program as an opportunity to integrate “SPARQ.” I built out a user flow chart to illustrate how SPARQ would work alongside the rewards program to drive up positive reviews for Honest-1, and provide incentive for the customer.
